Returns & Exchanges

• Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales of personalized items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a misspelling on our part.

• Non-Personalized Items: Standard, non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• Damaged Items: If your items arrive broken, please email a photo of the damaged product and packaging to richard@corgincrafts.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will rush a replacement to you at no extra cost.
